WAI-AA & WCAG Priority 2
Although Wisdom Interactive can safely claim AA (WCAG Priority 2) compliance, achieving AAA compliance is another feat. WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) AAA has probably not been achieved on Wisdom Interactive, due to a number of things.
You can run our URL at several accessibility automatic validators, one of the most popular being the Cynthia Says™ validator which you can find here to check for WAI validation. It will likely tell you that AAA (WCAG Priority 3) validation has passed, but theres only so much that that can tell you. An automatic validator can only check for certain guidelines to be complied with, a lot of other guidelines need a human to analyze it, and better yet an accessibility expert, such as Tommy Olsson of autisticcuckoo.net or Jim Thatcher. Jim Thatcher also discusses this issue with his "An Exploding Myth" article.
We've checked over every guideline in each priority list, and can only find a few questionable items that might be missing from Wisdom Interactive in order to claim AAA. For example Guideline 9.4: We don't have an actual tab index declared anywhere, since the links on my page are already in proper order and can be tabbed through without any confusion.
"Jump to Main Content" links have also been provided as a means for users who may have difficulty with or not have access to a mouse, to skip the navigation and jump straight to the content of the page. As you tab through the page, you'll notice the "Jump to Main Content" link at top left. Opera users press "A" to tab through.
Section 508
Wisdom Interactive likely can also claim conformance to Section 508, which was enacted by the United States government in 1998. It isn't required outside of the United States, but it provides good guidelines for accessibility and we've chosen to use it. You can find the official site on the Section 508 Amendment to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 here. You can check for Section 508 validation here.
Summary
All that said, we strongly believe that Wisdom Interactive conforms with all of the following:
XHTML 1.0 Strict, CSS, Section 508, and WAI-AA WCAG Priority 2.
